5. Website forms, email and third-party services
Our website uses Formspree to process submissions through our enquiry form and customer questionnaire.
When you submit one of these forms, the information you provide is sent to Formspree. Questionnaire submissions may also include files that you choose to upload. We may record relevant information from enquiries and customer projects in spreadsheets stored locally on our computer so that we can manage enquiries, projects, deadlines, payments, revisions, customer communications, launch and handover.

We take reasonable steps to protect information under our control from unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
We do not intentionally store customer information in unnecessary systems or services.
7. How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only for as long as we reasonably need it for the purpose for which it was collected, unless we are required or have a legitimate reason to keep it for longer.
For enquiries that do not result in a project, we generally review and delete unnecessary personal information approximately six months after the enquiry becomes inactive.
For active customer projects, we retain the information and materials reasonably necessary to provide and manage the service.
For projects that are completed normally, we generally review and delete raw questionnaire submissions, unnecessary duplicate uploads and other working information that is no longer required approximately 30 days after the end of the post-launch warranty period.
If an incomplete project is formally closed following customer inactivity, we generally carry out the equivalent review and cleanup approximately 30 days after the project is closed.
We may retain completed website or project files for longer where reasonably useful for customer support, future work or legitimate business purposes.
Certain information may need to be retained for longer where reasonably necessary for contractual, legal, accounting, tax, dispute-resolution or other legitimate business purposes. Financial and accounting records may therefore be retained for the periods required by applicable law.
Third-party providers such as Formspree, PurelyMail and Stripe may retain information in accordance with their own retention policies and applicable legal requirements.
